Visiting the website

Our website is hosted by Vercel. When you visit, technical connection data such as your IP address, the time, the requested address, and browser and device information is transmitted to the hosting provider. This data may be processed in technical logs to deliver and secure the website and diagnose errors. See Vercel's privacy policy for further information.

Font files are served with this website, without a connection to Google Fonts. Language selection uses links; we do not save your language choice in cookies or local browser storage.

Visitor statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how our website is used and improve it. Vercel processes basic usage information, such as which pages are visited and the browser or device type used. See Vercel's privacy policy for further information. We have not included advertising services.

Contacting us and using the form

When you contact us, we use the information you provide to answer your enquiry and, for example, arrange a trial lesson. The contact form sends your name, email address, message and optional phone number to Web3Forms, which forwards the enquiry to us. When you submit the form, this service also receives technical connection data such as your IP address. The provider describes its processing in the Web3Forms privacy policy.

You can also contact us directly by email or phone. Emails are delivered and stored by the email providers involved; our contact address uses Google's Gmail service. Please include only the information needed for your enquiry.

We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to handle them, manage any resulting business relationship, or meet legal retention obligations. Technical retention periods at our providers depend on their services and terms.

Google Maps when you choose

The embedded Google map loads only after you click the button to load it. This connects your browser to Google and transmits information including your IP address and technical browser data. Google may use cookies or other storage technologies and associate data with an existing Google account. See Google's privacy policy.

Opening an external directions or map link also takes you away from our website to the relevant map service.

Service providers and processing abroad

We use the providers named above for hosting, visitor statistics, form delivery, email and the map you choose to load. Personal data may be processed outside Switzerland, particularly in the United States. The linked privacy policies explain these providers' processing and any international transfers. Please contact us if you have questions.

Your rights and questions

Under applicable data protection law, you may request access to your personal data and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Further rights, such as the right to object or obtain a copy of your data in a portable format, may apply subject to legal conditions. Contact anitamandiratta@gmail.com to make a request. Legal obligations may prevent deletion.
